• In addition, a barn with wash facilities and a protected but open parking area will be built to accommodate the family and rental lifestyles.

• The clients wanted a useable family home and community facility that is low maintenance and self sufficient. This will be achieved through locally sourced materials and tradesmen.

• Sustainable technologies such as: photovoltaics, solar thermal harvesting and ventilation design to negate the need for air conditioning will be considered / used.
