This compact, but full of life property was designed as a holiday home, reimagining a tired and neglected former office to create a bright and interesting space that made the most of the limited footprint.

External works to the front elevation gave the property a new lease of life, which opens into a double height space with a mezzanine floor above. Stylish internal finishes and bespoke joinery create a welcoming and interesting space with a combined living area, kitchen and dining area beneath large rooflights to take advantage of more natural light. Removing the loft floor to create a new mezzanine allows for a secondary living space and a twin bedroom in the loft space. At the back of the property, a new master bedroom is formed adjacent to a new bathroom.
